Jennifer Altieri Smith is an experienced and respected, licensed title professional in the Charlottesville area.  She has worked closely with clients, attorneys, settlement agents, lenders, and realtors for many years and thoroughly enjoys helping clients through the closing process on their new home.  With careful attention to detail and personal "boutique style" service, she will help make your settlement process as smooth and easy as possible.

Jennifer moved to the Charlottesville area in 1996 where she went to school in Fluvanna County and earned her bachelor's degree from Old Dominion University.   She began her real estate career as a paralegal in a busy attorney's office, prior to obtaining her Virginia Title Insurance License, and owning and managing a successful title insurance agency.  Following an idea from her good friend (a local realtor), Jennifer branched out and began offering mobile settlement services, a unique process meant to streamline and personalize how your closing is done.
